Legend Tomato Seeds

Info: The tomato `Legend` is an early ripening variety with bright red, round, slightly flattened fruits. The tomatoes are juicy and have a fine tomato flavour with with a good acid/sugar balance. The plants grow bushy, do not need to be pruned and are tolerant to rot and blight, which makes them particularly suitable for outdoor growing in our latitudes. Even if the spring is cool, fruits ripen early. Actually, you can not go wrong with this tomato variety!

Care: You can grow tomatoes inside the house, in a greenhouse or outdoors. Cover the seeds only slightly with soil (max. 5 mm). The optimal germination temperature is between 20 and 25°C, and germination occurs after 8 - 14 days. You can speed up the germination process if you leave the seeds to soak overnight in a damp cloth. You should wait until after the last frost to plant your chosen plants.

Tomatoes need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil which is kept moist (but not wet!). They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more.
