Suryamukushi Chili Seeds
Info: The Suryamukushi Chili comes from India and is a very hot and aromatic variety with high yield. The plants grow bushy and get only about 60 cm tall, so they are also suitable for pot culture. They prefer a very warm and sunny place. This strain belongs to the species Capsicum frutescens, as well as Tabasco and developes an intense heat. The pods ripen from green to black to red. They are suitable for spicing all kinds of dishes, soups, stews, Indian curries and Asian dishes. They are also good for drying as they are relatively thin-walled.
Care: The germination temperature is between 22 und 28°C (9 - 24 day germination period), therefore the use of a greenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
