Dulce de Espana Chili Seeds
Info: The Dulce de Espana Chili origins from Spain and it is a flavourful and tasty red pointed pepper without any heat. The plants reach a height of 80 cm, grow bushy and offer a high yield. The red pointed peppers are elongated, fleshy and juicy. They are particularly delicious when stuffed with goat cheese. But they are very versatile and also excellent for fresh consumption, for salads, grilling, and cooking.
Care: The germination temperature is between 20 und 28°C (8 - 21 day germination period), therefore the use of agreenhouse and a heating mat is recommended. The plants need fresh, well-fertilised, permeable soil, and do not tolerate waterlogging. They should be planted in a sunny, protected place with at least 6 hours of sunlight - preferably more. Put the plants outside approx. 2 to 3 weeks after the last frost.
Tips for successful chili cultivation can be found in our Chili Cultivation Instructions and in the Chili Diary.
