The leaves and stems are used in China and Vietnam as a flavouring in virtually any dish, e.g. soups, vegetables, raw in salads, but are particularly good stir-fried.
Sowing & cultivation: Sow from March on indoors or in spring/summer outdoors after last frost. Seeds need light to germinate so cover with a thin layer of soil. Planting distance approx. 40 x 40 cm.
