Bush snap bean Saxa Seeds
Info: Saxa is a long-standing, traditional, high-yielded bush snap bean. She is known for her extraordinary resistance. It is extremely cold-resistant and therefore suitable for almost any weather conditions. The high tolerance to grease stains and the bean mosaic virus complete this variety. It forms medium-length, stringy, green pods with excellent aroma. The up to 13cm long beans are ideal as a side-dish, pan vegetables or delicious bean salad.
Sowing & cultivation: The sowing should be about 3 cm deep. Press seeds and cover with soil. For row sowing the distance shoould be 40 cm with a grain spacing of 6 - 8 cm. When sown as a pit sowing, the distances are 30cm at 5-7 seeds per planting site. Sow the beans in humus-rich, well-drained garden soil in a warm, sheltered, sunny to partially shaded place with even moisture. If necessary, separate. The stability of the plants is improved by sowing in clumps.
