Recipe for Pickled green chillies
The delicious pickled green chillies are also perfect for burgers. Still crunchy with a slight spiciness, they will delight every chilli fan.
Ingredients :
120 g green chillies
1 cup Chinese rice vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
Water
Preparation:
Wash the chillies and remove the stem and seeds, then cut into thin rings and place in a bowl. Bring the water to the boil in a kettle, pour it over the chillies and leave them in the water for about 10 seconds. Then pour off the water.
Pour the rice vinegar, salt and sugar over the chillies, stir, pour into small glass containers and leave to infuse overnight in the fridge.
