1. Identity of the Contracting Partner

Your contracting partner for all orders is the company Femundus GmbH. The complete address can be found at the end of the GTC.

2. Delivery Conditions

2.1 Delivery Conditions Germany

Our delivery conditions are valid for the dispatch to a delivery address within the Federal Republic of Germany. We charge shipping expenses of EUR 4.90 per order for shipping and handling. Deliveries are carried out by the parcel service DHL (Deutsche Post). We deliver free of charge from a goods value of 60 Euro.

The delivery time is 1-2 days. Possible exceptions can be found on the relevant product pages. In cases of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.
In cases of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In such a case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already received.


2.1 Delivery Conditions outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries for a flat-rate of 8.90 Euro: All countries of the European Union
We deliver free of charge from a goods value of 90 Euro. The delivery time is 2-4 days.

We deliver to the following countries for a flat-rate of 12.90 Euro: Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, UK. The delivery time is 2-4 days.

Possible exceptions can be found on the relevant product pages. In cases of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. In cases of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In such a case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already received.
 

3. Delivery area

We deliver only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK


4. Transport damage / Defective goods

It can happen that goods become damaged during transportation or have other defects.

We will immediately try to find an optimal solution that takes your personal wishes into consideration

5. Prices

All prices are in Euro and include statutory VAT, currently 19% and/or 7%. 

6. Payment types

Our payment types: You can pay in advance, by direct debit, invoice, PayPal or direct money transfer.

To conclude, implement or terminate this agreement, we ascertain or use probability values for your future payment behaviour. To calculate these probability values, address data is also used. The company Femundus GmbH  reserves the right to exclude certain payment types in individual cases.

7. Billing

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order (only Monday to Friday). You should then transfer the invoiced amount to our account within 10 days of receipt of goods. We currently only offer this service for customers within Germany (creditworthiness provided).

 
8. Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded exclusively in German. The purchase contract takes effect through the automated email confirmation under

www.bee-seeds.eu

Your orders are stored with us. If you lose your order documents, please contact us by email/fax/phone. We will be happy to send you a copy of your order details.
 

9. Settlement of costs in the right of cancellation for user orders

11. Warranty and guarantee 

The legal regulations apply. The period of limitations for statutory claims for defects is 2 years.

If there are special guarantees for products, your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected. Your contact person for the respective guarantee is named in the warranty provisions that accompany the ordered product. If you do not have these provisions to hand, or if it is not a technical product, please contact our Customer Service team.

If the delivered items have obvious material faults, manufacturing defects, or transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the transport company delivering the items. No legal obligation for the customer exists in this regard, and it is not a prerequisite for the enforcement of claims. However, we cannot otherwise make any claims against the transport company. Compliance with the above provision does not affect your statutory claims, so long as you have ordered as a consumer for private purposes.

12. Reservation of ownership

Until payment is complete, the goods remain the property of the company Femundus GmbH.


13. Place of Jurisdiction

13.1 The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction for both parties is - insofar as the customer is a businessman - the location of our company, even for bills of exchange and cheques. 

13.2 In business dealings with end consumers within the European Union, the place of jurisdiction of the end consumer may also be applicable as long as it deals with provisions for consumer rights. If a private end consumer does not reside within the European Union, then our business location is the place of jurisdiction.
 
14. Validity

The offers on the internet are valid as long as they are presented on the internet. Possible delivery times for items are explicitly mentioned.

15. Data Protection

The handling of your address details shall be carried out in line with the provisions of the Federal German Law on Data Protection

16. Packaging regulation
According to the packaging ordinance, we are licensees for the dual system, in our case with Noventiz. You can feed all of our packaging to the dual system. We pay the disposal fees directly to Noventiz.

17. Seeds
Our seeds are offered for growing ornamental plants. All information in the article descriptions is purely additional information, i.e. information about the use of the plants in the original country of origin. We guarantee germs in accordance with the statutory provisions. The germination period is indicated on the package. The reason for this notice is the legal situation regarding seeds in Europe.
