Grey Headed Coneflower Seeds
Info: Grey Headed Coneflower origins from the plains of North America and brings colour to any garden. It delivers numerous branching hairy stems with stunning grey to dark-brown coned flower heads with drooping bright yellow petals. The flowers glow throughout the summer months and attract numerous butterflies. They have a light aniseed scent and the delicate stems turn them into a billowing sea of yellow flowers in light winds.
Sowing & care: Sow seeds thinly on good compost from 4-6 weeks prior to the last frost, under cover and with warmth provided. After all danger of frost has passed, plant out 20-40 cm apart in full sun and a well drained position, readily self seeding if left to their own devices.
